What’s Does “Paleoso” Mean?
A paleoso is a person who generally eats paleo but who isn’t strict about it. Personally, I’m 80/15/5 paleo, meaning 80% of the food I eat is paleo, 15% is reserved for Quest Bars and Cellucor products, and 5% is for whatever the heck I feel like eating. If you follow or are interested in following the paleo diet but you don’t want to be super strict about it because you’re more concerned about the results you see than following the rules, you’re a paleoso.
